Youth Ministry Mission:  The Crossroads Youth Ministry equips the youth of Crossroads to love and glorify God as members of the church body and as ambassadors for Christ, impacting their families, community, and world.

Youth Ministry Vision:  Each young person plays a role in God’s larger story of redemption and demonstrates an excitement for living out God’s agenda in their lives.  The ministry partners with parents in connecting each youth with the living God and his Word, encouraging them to grow in the knowledge and grace of Christ.

Areas of Focus:

Discipleship: Embracing Spiritual Discipline. ”Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” Philippians 4:8

 Convergence / Connection: Reaching Out.  “This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others.  We are Christ’s Ambassadors, and God is using us to speak to you.  We urge you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, Be reconciled to God!”  2 Corinthians 5:19-20
 Your Serve: Serving Others. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10”
 Integration: Supporting Church Activities. “Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young.   Be an example to all believers in what you teach, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.” I Timothy 4:12
