Jesus told His disciples, “You will be my witnesses…!” Yet we often feel clumsy in explaining the truths of the Gospel. Our goal at Crossroads Presbyterian Church is to “equip God’s people for the work of ministry” (Ephesians 4:12).

Evangelism Explosion is a training program which trains a Christian to how to effectively tell others about the mission of Jesus and about the great offer in the good news of the Gospel … that “heaven is a free gift which cannot be earned or deserved!”

Evangelism Explosion is a 13-week course which patiently demonstrates and teaches a clear outline of the Gospel message which can be explained in a two-minute summary or a two-hour discussion. The outline is supplemented with highly effective illustrations, and trainees are taught how to adapt the EE presentation to fit their own personal style.

By the time you complete the EE course, you will be able to confidently:

•Build a bridge of friendship to someone who is unchurched

•Ascertain what people believe about how to get to heaven

•Articulate the Good News briefly and succinctly

•Craft a Gospel presentation which fits your personality

•Answer common objections to the Christian faith

•Guide an unbeliever to receive Christ as Savior
