Our Christian Education Classes for Fall 2023

Sundays from 11:25am – 12:25pm
Starts on September 17
Nursery (Through age 2): Children in the nursery will learn who Jesus is, that he is alive, and how to trust God.
Preschool (Age 3–Kindergarten): Jesus is the Savior. Preschoolers hear about Jesus’ love for His people, His death and resurrection, His ascension, the promised Holy Spirit, and the Lord’s return one day.
Younger Elementary (Grades 1–3): Obeying God. Kids will study prophets and kings from the Old Testament, explore their lives, and learn what it means to obey God.
Older Elementary (Grades 4-6): Genesis. Genesis is called the book of beginnings. Iit is here we discover the beginnings of creation, sin, key events and people, and other fascinating stories of God’s faithfulness and goodness, as well as his judgment of sin.
Youth Group (Grades 7-12): John 1-10. In this eyewitness account written by “the disciple whom Jesus loved,” we find Jesus using everyday items and events to teach deep spiritual truths, and everyone must either believe or reject Him.
Friendship Class (Special Needs Education)
Choose Courage: A Study of Joshua and Caleb. Following God is not for the faint of heart! In this study, we will discover what it meant for Joshua and Caleb to follow God’s command to “be strong and courageous.” We will also explore what it might mean for us to choose courage as we choose to follow God’s lead.
Adult Class
Luther and the Reformation. In this introduction to the life and thought of Martin Luther, Dr. R.C. Sproul explains how Luther’s rediscovery of the true gospel led to the Protestant Reformation.
