Save the date: Annual Youth Ministry ski retreat to Timberline Ski Resort in Davis, WV. We plan to leave on Friday evening, March 5th and return Sunday evening, March 7th. More details will follow soon.

Please mark your calendars for the next Ministry Leader Meeting on Sunday evening, January 24th. We are planning to gather at Jim and Linda Neice’s home in Montclair at 7:00 p.m.
There will be a brief demonstration on how to update your ministry web page, so come prepared with your questions about how to more effectively use this ministry tool.

Gary and Pam Carlson would like to invite you to their home for an Open House on Saturday, January 9th from 2-6p.m. At 2221 Windjammer Dr. Woodbridge VA 22192. The first reason is to CELEBRATE Gary’s retirement from the US Navy Reserve! The Youth Group Annual Christmas Party has been rescheduled and will now be held on Wednesday, December 30th from 6:30-9:30p.m. It will be hosted by the seniors at the Haney House (17822 Oyster Bay Ct. Dumfries, VA). We will get together for fun and games, and of course food. If you haven’t signed up to bring something contact Christine Sampson at 703-732-1525.

The Crossroads Christmas Choir will be performing during the worship service on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at 10:45a.m.
They will be singing “Come to Us,” “O Promised One” and “A Celtic Noel.”
Come and worship with us and enjoy our festive Christmas service.
Come and join us for our Annual Pie and Praise Event on Sunday, November 22 at 6:30p.m. in the cafeteria at Potomac High School.
Please bring a Pie/Dessert to share, larger families please bring 2 dishes.

Dear Crossroads,
Frankie Bennett’s mother, Mrs. Frances Poston, died peacefully in her sleep this morning at Chris and Frankie’s home in Stafford. Please pray for Frankie – that our Lord would comfort her in this time of great loss. We rejoice that Frances knew the Lord Jesus as her Savior and Great Shepherd. Please also pray for Frankie and Chris as they prepare to travel to Charleston, South Carolina for the burial.
